After five years, The Aesthetics of Applied Theatre has officially ended its research activities in November 2017.

Behind us are five years of intensive debates in workshops and conferences, stimulating conversations with colleagues and practitioners, fieldwork and publications. Our work in such diverse fields of applied theatre has brought us joy and inspiration, and we hope to have contributed to an active and important debate, here in Germany and internationally.

The projectleader Prof. Dr. Matthias Warstat continues his work at the Institute for Theatre Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, and can there be reached for any potential inquieries.
