„Technics of literary writing in the digital mediosphere.“
Draft
The dissertation „Technics of literary writing in the digital mediosphere.“ deals with the question, how the use of computers and auto-operative-writing changed the handling with written texts, the writing and the literary forms of expression.
At the latest since the invention of the letterpress, literature is closely related to its written form. A relevant part of its literaricity becomes manifest in the written text. With the digitalisation of literary texts and the correlated use of auto-operative-writing, literature transformed and will transform remarkable.
At the one hand the artistic examination of new media shows future opportunities and on the other hand the focus on literature opens up an interesting area of conflict: literary texts, that can be mainly characterized as referential texts, are accompanied by, and will be associated with, the programming languages, that are written with auto-operative-writing, and binary code. Digital texts are always a conglomerate of picture, script and figure. In the meantime science, publishing companies and masterminds of the digital culture recognized this fact, but it is not yet adequate explored.
The area of conflict between literary texts, programming languages and binary code is duplicated and reflected in the production of literary texts in digital media on different levels, and new forms of textcompositions are emerging.
In addition to the theoretical part, that tries to fix the connection between the three different types of writing in digital texts, there will be an analysis of some concrete examples.
