WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

As English Student Council (in German FSI Anglistik) we are here for English students. We support, advise, and mediate to make studying easier for everyone. We do this on a voluntary basis, as we are all students or alumni (former students). If you have any worries or problems in your English studies, we will help you as best we can and advocate for your interests. We also plan and organise social activities and evenings where students can leave the stress of university life behind and have fun. As the Caledonian Café, we run our cozy place in the institute where you can relax and feel comfortable. There are plenty of lemonades, cola, Mate, Mate and more Mate-soft drinks! We also offer fair trade organic coffee and a large selection of teas. Everyone is invited: students from all departments, university guests and, of course, lecturers and staff!

Why not join us! Get to know other students from your department, have a good time away from your studies at our own events and leisure activities and help run the café. Just drop by and have a chat with us!
