Maxime Stoecker (Pellissier), born in 1979, is French and German. He spent his childhood in both countries. He studies Comparative & Romance Literature at the Freie Universität Berlin since 2000 and spent a year abroad at Montréal, Canada (2002/03). His work emphasizes on diaspora literatures.
