"The aim of this presentation is to provide an overview of the Female Quota Regulation and its evolution in Italy. I will describe and discuss the Italian mandatory rules concerning the composition of corporate bodies as well as other soft law instruments to promote gender balance, the banking regulation and the new Certification of Gender Equality. The results of the legislation will be analysed also taking into account statistical indicators. Finally, I will address the EU law perspective and new possible EU legislation." (Dr. Cecilia Carrara)
