Make sure that your dissertation conforms to the format established by the doctorate regulations. Hand in one copy of the dissertation at the Prüfungsbüro togester with the form with which you suggest the composition of the examining board, bearing the signatures of the prospective board members. Provide all members of your examining board with a similar copy each, after having received the confirmationletter. You have to confirm this on the form with the signatures of the board members. Don’t forget to add a current certificate of your enrolment at Freie Universität. You will receive a letter confirming the composition of the board.
