Linguistics

Linguistics at the Institute of Romance Philology covers an extraordinary range of topics, rom formalism to functionalism, from the broad language contact of Romance languages to narrow varieties. Members of the Institute play a leading role in the Interdisciplinary Center European Languages: Structures - Development - Comparison (IZ ZEUS). The IZ also organizes and supervises the Master's program "European Languages".
